Meet The Team
Daylin Falcon
Daylin Falcon is the owner and CEO of Louisiana Pallet Board Company. His goal is to find new and creative ways to re-purpose abundantly sourced wood waste. He also oversees the companies ongoing expansion efforts into new and emerging markets. With lumber costs on the rise, he is exploring new ways to provide affordable, recycled, reclaimed, or used lumber alternatives.
Daylin's first entrepreneurial efforts led to the creation of Riverside Junk Removal (2018- 2021), A local company based out of Prairieville, Louisiana offering residential and commercial waste removal services. He acted as manager of day to day operations and salesperson. During this venture, he started finding other profitable ways to re-purpose, reuse, or sell items that were often deemed as waste.
Before starting up Riverside Junk Removal in 2018, Daylin worked as a Material Handling Foreman for The Chicago Bridge And Iron Company.(2016-2018). He began in 2016 as a shipping and receiving helper, and by 2017 he was the foreman of a 12 man crew. His responsibilities included ensuring the safety of his crew members, overseeing production, and effectively communicating tasks, data, and solutions to other team members.
Daylin was born and raised in Louisiana and graduated from St. Amant High School. He is passionate about supporting his local community and the people involved. In his free time he enjoys fishing, boating, and traveling. He also is a sculpture artist creating replicas and other abstract pieces for movies, events, or special commission pieces.
